Paleo Dinner @ Baja Fresh - amazing!

Just wanted to put this out into the Paleo Universe. Baja Fresh can be Paleo. Order the veggie bare burrito with shrimp (or chicken, or steak), and leave out the beans, cheese (if you are doing no dairy), and sour cream. The "bare style" burrito is served on Romaine lettuce. I added guacaamole on top, and extra salsa - wah la! It was pretty yummy.

Enjoy and Happy Paleo Eating!

I do the same but with the Baja bowl so the guacamole comes with and I avoid the mediocre veggies swimming in soybean oil.

I sometimes go to Qdoba and order a side of meat and a side of guac. It is under four dollars as well... :-)

I do this at Moe's.. I get double meat and no rice + a crap ton of guacamole and they look at me sorta funny.
