I just read your reply about how you went paleo and lost 20 pounds in 8 months. Do you CrossFit? Do you drink at all? I recently started a 30 day no alcohol challenge and I am 13 days into it. I guess I am trying to see results too fast and wanted to see if I could get some advice on when you really started to see some results.
I have been eating paleo myself for 2 years and crossfit an average of 3 times per week. Drinking on the weekends has been keeping me from seeing gains so that is why I am trying this challenge. I am hoping that it proves some serious change because I am at a loss at this point.
