the Paleo bread http://www.paleobreadrecipe.com/paleo-bread-2-0-recipes/ on 2.0 Unsweetened Applesauce can not join it? The first time I do Paleo bread, so I did not buy the Unsweetened Applesauce! Will the Unsweetened Applesauce do not have to join it?

I dont think you can leave this ingredient out -mabye u can substitue grated apple if you have on hand..or sweetened applesauce would be fine as mentioned. If u dont have any kind of apples you might try possibly coconut oil. You need something to act as the moisture in the recipe. Baking is so finicky and exact though that the first time u try a recipe its always best to follow it exactly.

If you're asking if you can leave out the applesauce, then no. If you bought sweetened applesauce by accident, then you can try using it, but the recipe will end up sweet.
