Paleo Booze made with rum, gin or vodka ? What mixers?

Of these 3 spirits, which of these is most "paleo"

And,

What mixers would go with the answer?

I'm trying to avoid high-histamine ingredients, and I read that: "Tequila is fermented agave juice", so that doesn't sound like a good idea for me. I read that rum, gin or vodka are lowest in histamine and a bigger priority if I have to choose between paleo alcohol or low-histamine alcohol.

I won't be upset if the alcohol has a grain source; I rarely drink (maybe once a month). I'm more focused on avoiding high fructose corn syrup right now.

Thanks, Mike

PS: I'ts 8:37pm Saturday night, so if you are able to give a suggestion in the next hour or so, bonus points!

Just drink whatever you like. What's the point? It is all going to be metabolized by your liver in the same way.

in case it's too bitter (I've never had one), any paleo friendly mixer that is sweet and doesn't have high fructose corn syrup, that might be had at a regular bar?

Gin&tonic. It has a lime wedge in it which makes it paleo.

And it fights malaria.

none of them are paleo, so you might as well choose which one you prefer.

with that said all of the above.

I <3 gin and tonics, but most tonic water has HFCS. I found a fancy bottle of tonic water at Whole foods made with agave instead of corn syrup, but it's super expensive and not much better in regards to the sugar.

The most paleo would be to just leave out a bunch of mushed up fruit for like a couple weeks and gobble it all down.

If I'm having one drink at dinner, I usually get flavored vodka (pear is my fave) and soda with lime, instead of tonic. Tastes better, if you're not a tonic fan, and there's no sweetener in soda water. It's sweet enough just from the flavor that I don't want anything else in it.

I know the flavors in the vodka are likely questionable, but if I'm having vodka clearly Primal isn't first on my list of priorities right then, so I'll settle for reasonable on the drink, especially since I won't have more than two liquor drinks.
