Paleo and bone health

I'm 100% paleo and have been for nearly a year now. However due to my diet before going paleo (15 years wheat & sugar, virtually no fat), I have tooth problems leading to root canals etc. Doctor has mentioned 'bone loss' (shudder) around tooth.

I'm going to continue eating 100% paleo, which for me is: eggs, avocado, veggies galore, very small amount of nuts (usually 1 brazil nut per day for selenium, and a few macadamias), meat, fish, liver, butter, coconut milk, coconut, coconut oil, 2 mugs black coffee.

I want to improve my bone health and try and undo some of the damage I've caused. The only supplements I'm taking at the moment are iodine in the morning and D3 at lunch.

Any suggestions of foods to add to my list or any supplements that will help with bone health would be greatly appreciated.

Great question--and quite important for women especially! I look forward to hearing what people have to say.
