Just a little bit of background info. I started Paleo about 5 weeks ago. When i first was thinking about which plan to follow. Both low carb & Paleo were on my list. I also wanted to run again. Maybe a couple years ago i was in 1/2 marathon shape (doing probably 60 miles a week) and i wanted to be there again. The reason i decided to go paleo was because i could have some carbs. I know from my past that trying to run on low carb was a nightmare for me. Even after reading "the art & science of low carb performance" and trying for 3.5 months. My body could not do long distance running on a low carb diet.
So i started on the paleo lifestyle and did a lot of reading. I found Mark Sisson (and him being a ex endurance athelete) he started to talk about "chronic cardio" and it made a whole lot of sense. So i changed my mind. Though i will miss running :(.
Now i'm here trying to decide between P90x vs Mark Sisson's very abbreviated workout plan. Hopefully somebody had tried both plans and can give me an idea of the type of results the saw. In some ways maybe P90x seems to much and in other ways Mark Sisson's excersize plan seem to abbreviated.
