Obesity and paleo

i am a male 44 years, 140kg weight, 5'7" height. do i qualify to use paleo diet approach to loose weight (fats) and with this diet can i use weight training as main exercise medium and 3 to 4 times 30 to 40min cardio a week.

is above mentioned plan is suitable and will be effective to loose fats weight and at the same time build lean muscle?

kindly advice me i am in serious trouble and life is becoming unbearable........your sincere advice is my life saving.

According to your height and age your ideal weight must be 57-72 kg and BMI must be 18.5-25 kg/m^2 and you are 140 kg and BMI is 48. This means you are under the category of obesity class III. This may cause serious health issues and premature death. You need to control and manage your weight as soon as possible. The Paleo diet is the best option to loose weight but if you think it builds lean muscles. Then, Lessen your protien intake, count your calories intake and exercise more. If you don't want to follow paleo diet, there are other options too but you to give your 100% to loose weight. The ways to loose weight are :
Plan a healthy diet: Whole-grain foods like whole-wheat bread, oatmeal, and brown rice. You can also include other grain foods like whole-wheat pasta, cereal, tortillas, couscous, and quinoa, Olive oil, walnuts, and almonds.
Reduce your calories intake: you should cut 1,500 to 1,800 calories a day. Start with 500 calories.
Make your meal by yourself.
Restrict foog containing saturated and trans fats: Ground beef, sausage, and processed meat such as bologna, hot dogs, and deli meats. Also quit dairy products.
Control the quantity: take small portions of diet, say no to smoking and alcohol, Drink plenty of water.
Make healthy lifestyle: Wake up early in the morning, drink flex seed or other seed water, go for walk and spend atlleast 30min for exercise. Say no to salt after 7PM.
Call a doctor: take weight loss medicines or ask for surgeries. Good luck.
