New to paleo- heart question

Hi, I've been on paleo for about 10 days now. I was eating a whole food diet before this as I have an issue with candida/dysbiosis. Since going paleo I've noticed an odd sensation around my heart. IT doesn't seem to be palpitations, its definitely not pain or anything like that, but there is a slightly uncomfortable feeling there. My heartbeat seems more noticeable although beat rate seems normal. My energy levels seem better than before, my sleep is good, my candida symtpoms are clear, my skin is clearing up too, so lots of positive things going on, so this is the only thing I'm concerned about. Any ideas much appreciated.

The only thing would be lard as previously I was using coconut oil but not use both. I was on a strict anti-candida diet anyway. I wonder if there is a chance it is a symptom of the candida being killed off by the diet and releasing additional toxins into my system? I have been checking what I'm eating using cronometer and it seems to be magnesium and zinc i'm struggling to get enough of.

Are you now eating something you have not eaten before, i.e. more nuts, shellfish/fish, etc? There may be some allergies, keep a food journal for a bit and see how you go. Possibly a better idea before you start supplementing straight away.

Thanks. Have ordered Magnesium/Zinc complex and fish oil, hoping that'll make a difference. Never heard of Ribose.

The same thing happened to me. I started taking d-ribose and it went away.
