Need some help on nutrition...

I'm trying to get into kick ass shape! Since going paleo I've been averaging a loss 2-3 lbs per week, but need to kick it up a notch to build more muscle. I was going to follow the Kathy Savage meal plan, but there is a lot of starch and I'm trying to keep my carb intake between 0-100 grams per day. My question is would I substitute the starch for an additional veggie or an additional fat? I also think there is too much fruit here to keep in line with my low carb goal. Here are the guidelines:

1Meal - 3oz protein, 1 vegetable, 1/4c starch, 1/4c Fruit, none fat

2Meal - 3oz protein, 1 vegetable, 1/4c starch, 1/4c Fruit, none fat

3Meal - 3oz protein, 1 vegetable, 1/4c starch, 1/4c Fruit, 1 TB fat

4Meal - 3oz protein, 1 vegetable, 1/4c starch, 1/4c Fruit, none fat

5Meal - 3oz protein, 1 vegetable, none starch, none Fruit, none fat

6Meal - 3oz protein, 1 vegetable, none starch, none Fruit, 1 TB fat

Why follow a meal plan that you dont really like? It sounds like you have a fair idea what you need

for one, 6 is a lot of meals. maybe try 2-3. also, what you are eating is more helpful than vague, measured macros.
