Hi,I'm a 41yr old mom of 5 kids. I weigh 135, 5'7 and have 28% body fat. I want to get back down to my normal 120 that I was up until 5yrs ago. I had a lot of stress in my life, made some changes and I'm following paleo. I feel like I don't have any energy, totally unsure and lack motivation to go to the gym. I have low iron, low BP and low blood sugar. I'd love to know what I'm doing or not that has me stuck at this weight and low energy. I take liquid liver iron supplements (just started) and I would love to have direction! Any advice would totally help! I want to feel strength in my body and lower body fat and get weight down to what has been normal for me. Help??

For ultimate advice you should see your doc and get some comprehensive bloodwork and post results back. Then we might figure out a good plan for you based on your specific context. From what you say, seems like some metabolic syndrome and/or thyroid issues kicking-in, but just guessing, cannot know without current lifestyle/diet/blood work as Michael already pointed out.
For now, I think that an approach like The Perfect Health Diet or the Epi-Paleo Rx could work well with you until more data available. But just eating good quality meat/fish/eggs/veggies/water plus some occasional fruit/starches and avoiding all refined sugars/sweeteners/vegetable oils/grains/legumes plus taking sunlight and sleeping a lot at night should do the trick.
