Wife and I are going to the city this weekend? What's a "Paleo" must do in San Francisco?

Ferry Building Farmer's Market (a little glitzy, but fun).

There are a couple of butchery classes in the city, I think your timing is off for Avedano unfortunately, looks like there is a sold out sausage workshop at 4505 but you might get lucky if you call them?

Omnivore Books! No events on, but worth visiting for food pr0n. http://www.omnivorebooks.com/events.html

In the spirit of playfulness, I'd recommend trampolining at House of Air. Run up the Lyon St. Steps or zigzag around Lombard St. Jog along Crissy Field or the Golden Gate Bridge, loop around Golden Gate Park, go climbing at Planet Granite, or find one of SF's many playgrounds and let it all go :)
