I am a former acne sufferer, so...
From what i read and found out, Ray Peat and Danny Roddy say that acne sufferers can have milk, cheese and other dairy products without getting acne PROVIDING vitamin A is sufficent?!
Is this right?...or have I made a mistake.
And if they are right, is eating carrots, sweet potato, butter and liver(300g a week) enough to prevent acne if I decided to introduce milk again to my diet?
How much vitamin A would be needed?

I haven't read a ton of this, but I've seen this referenced before. However, I don't think it's a sweeping statement that can be made. I've always taken the approach with acne that there is still a significant N=1 capacity that applies.
There are people who suffer from acne no matter what. Others never have an issue with it.
