I am looking for paleo lunch ideas that are easy and portable. I should also ass that I am not a fan of soups, but I do love salads, I just get sick of them every day. I want to spice up my lunch time.

I like to fry meat or fish of some sort, dump a bunch of butter in there with precut garlic cloves and call it a day! I also add a portable fruit snack (apple, banana) for "desert"

Also, it's super easy to whip up a cold chicken salad or a loaf of paleo bread. :)

Dear @sebryant86,

I don't know what your specific preferences to foods are but here at my house, we have a big grill-out once a week and we grill up Burger patties, Turkey patties and Chicken breasts (sometimes we do steak too). And we eat some for dinner and store the leftovers in the fridge to get us through the week. If you can find some 100% ground turkey or burger patties, they have little to no carbs and are great for both "running out the door" moments and for dinner (we usually serve with a small salad and some paleo ketchup). And you can always add sauces, mustard, or dill pickle relish to keep it from getting old. Keeping leftover meat around the house should definitely work for you as it is super easy to grill out. And if you don't have a grill, don't sweat it, just fry them up in a pan and put them in a Tupperware for later. :)

Hope this helps!
