Ah, there is your problem- crossfit 5 days a week. Stop it. I don't know how strenuous the police academy is, but you probably should imagine it is one workout and don't do more than two crossfit sessions a week until you are done with the police academy stuff.

You need rest time.

So let me see if I have this straight.

You Crossfit 5 days a week, train for the police academy, and do Crossfit comps.

If being able to do all that qualifies as low energy I'll take it.

You don't have low energy- if you did, there is no WAY you'd be able to do that much stuff. You are using up all of your energy, and then some, which is why you are exhausted. Try out eating more, sleep a LOT, and take rest days. Rinse and repeat.

that sounds like WAY too much exercise. no wonder you are exhausted. i do 10-30 minutes a day and i'm still tired, but i'm also anemic. what kind of training do you do for the police academy? i would count that as my strenuous exercise and get rid of the crossfit.
