Living Paleo in Denver?

Been rocking the Paleo way for over 6 months here in Denver - great success. Know three other people well that are also going strong, but it seems to still be less than mainstream, or well known around here in my experience. Raise your hand if you are in Denver and have Paleo tendencies/habits/addictions! If that's you, do you think there's enough interest in Denver for a meetup, or an informal Paleo day in Wash Park?

I'm in Denver, and most of the crossfit gyms I've been to dabble in paleo.

I just wanted to say thanks for this recommendation. This thread came up right before a weekend in Denver, so we hit up Tag on Saturday. Fantastic meal and they were very accommodating! Tried bone marrow for the first time although I wasn't wildly excited by it. But it was hilarious when the posh 40-something blondes at the next table were ooohing over it and asked if that was the bread pudding. The looks on their faces when I told them what it was... ;)

I live in Denver. I was a member of that group too- I believe it was founded by Diana Heish (sp?) of Modern Paleo.

There was a Paleo Meetup group for a while here in Denver, but it didn't get much traction, unfortunately. Several of my friends and I are Paleo/Primal, and I direct my clients toward Paleo-ish habits when asked. I'd definitely be up for some Paleo fun in Wash or City Park, if my schedule permits.

I am in Denver and started Paleo at the beginning of this year, and LOVE the way I feel. I think I might have a mild, undiagnosed Gluten allergy too, so Paleo helps tremendously!

Sounds like someone needs to start a Paleo only restauraunt. Problem solved.

I just moved out of Denver, but I'll be back periodically. Paleo meetup would be great.

I've been a Paleo dieter for about 3 months. I read a number of comments at other sites from individuals who prefer "lean meats." Why do people avoid the fat? For me, fat helps curb sugar cravings.

I'll be in Denver this weekend but generally live 4 hours away, and I'm not really totally Paleo in practice anyway. I love the theory but it's too hard to do in the sticks with a less-than-helpful grocery store in town.
