Las Vegas paleo grocery

I've read the thread on paleo restaurants in Vegas , but am looking for groceries on or very close to the strip. I have used google maps and found standard places (TJ WF etc) but all are around 4 miles from the Hilton suites at Flamingo area I'll be staying. Wondering if there are any closer local options for some grass fed butter, coconut oil, free range eggs, avocados, and the like. Viva!

Last time I visited Vegas, I ended up taking a cab to whole foods... Right near the flamingo, there is a chipotle, but aside from that I was unable to find much closeby. ( well, other than spending a small fortune in restaurants on sashimi, etc!)

The hotels are good about bringing a fridge up to your room if you ask.

Have fun while you're in Vegas!
