I wonder if there is ANY disease that is not related to gut bacteria?
Hence my question:
could it be that Paleo alters gut bacteria in a way that the whole body is affected?
Also, do they have any studies on people's gut bacteria when they go on Paleo diet?
What about raw Paleo? Who has better bacteria?
Maybe I should not be eating cheese after all - who know if that penicillin does to my tiny symbiotic friends.
