Is it weird to not crave vegetables or meat on a paleo diet, especially when trying fodmap?

I shifted over to paleo about 2 and a half months ago. I have: hypothyroidism, leaky gut, gluten intolerance, (possibly sibo as the fodmap diet has been helping) and a few other irritating things that are all directly related to leaky gut.

1 week ago I transferred to the fodmap diet, and even a bit before that I kind of stopped craving vegetables. When I first started the paleo diet my meals were mainly vegetable based, some fruit and then one serving of meat a day( I can't handle any more meat, get kind of heavy feeling after). After about two months of it I started craving vegetables less and less and then when I decided to try the fodmap diet, all my appetite went out the window. All I eat now (which is an insanely low amount) is maybe: 1-2 cups of some type of leafy green(i'm kind of forcing myself to eat it because I know I have to eat it); probably too much nut butters- but it's mostly what I'm craving; bananas; kefir with blueberries; maybe some squashes...and that's about it.

I don't crave any starches, meats, and most vegetables- already a crap ton of food got taken out because of the fodmap diet.

Did the fodmap diet change any of your appetites? Or is this some weird Paleo diet thing? Or related to Leaky gut?

I don't have a lot of money at the moment so I do really limit what I buy, but usually I have enough each day to be satiated. I just don't like this because I usually love vegetables!

I don't crave veggies or meat, but I eat my share of them. My only craving in the past 6 months has been Almond butter which I gave into again and again. I've finally got it under control and am back to being craveless.

Ditch the 'eat your cravings' notion. You've got too many issues to rely on your body to tell you what to eat.

Perfectly normal, I've had weeks or even months where I craved nothing but meat. Your body's adjusting, no worries. try to eat some veggies, but don't force yourself.
