Is it safe to eat high carb, fat and protein at same time?

Hello..again. Promise this is the last question for a while....

So, i've tried both opposites of the spectrum in dietary dogma, when i did low carb i noticed that my bowel movements were irregular and i just felt tired all the time. Then i decreased fat by accident when adding in more carbs and the bowel problems/mood problems stopped but i then had almost non existent sex drive. I'm starting to come to the conclusion that i feel better with generous amounts of all three. So, lots of safe starches, lots of protein and lots of healthy fats. I feel like this contradicts all dietary advice on both sides, as you have the low carb people saying all carbs are evil on one side but then you have vegans with their low protein low fat diets. I'm convinced i need generous amounts of all three because i feel the best when i eat that way and haven't noticed any weight gain, in fact since i've cut out refined fooda im actually losing weight despite eating lots of glucose and lots of fat.

My typical diet is something like: Meat, carbs(in tubers or  fruit) , veggies 3 times a day. Some nuts, coffee and plenty of water between meals. And a glass of red wine or hard cider in the evening. And i feel better than ever before!

My main question is, could this sort of ratio be dangerous for my health despite feeling good psychially and mentally? Should i trust my instincts or trust advice of paleo gurus?

Side note: I have suspicions I may be hypoglycemic, but i'm yet to be tested. SO not sure how'd that influence anything?

I had that exact same problem  where eating more carbs made me feel better...  what I found out is after I did a mineral analysis test , I was actually hypoglycemic and I needed to eat a little bit less carbs even though I needed still needed some in the form of vegetables etc.   it's hard to know if you're causing harm to your body or not especially with the supplements and vitamins you take if you are not having a test done on your individual biochemistry.... there's just too many variables and lots of times people feel better when they're stimulating the body in various ways.  I think it's great you're eating vegetables three times a day, that's important.

Contact me if you want to know about mineral testing it's the best thing I ever did for myself. I  used to be like you on all these forms asking thousands of questions now I know all the answers :))))))

The biggest problem with your body transformation goals start—and end—with your diet. Yes, exercise is also extremely important. And even the best diet won’t offset a lack of physical activity.

Have the wine or cider with your food.
