Is haggis paleo? Are olives paleo?

1) Haggis??

2) olives?

Some people react badly to oats. Others don't, and probably have no reason to avoid them completely. You may want to do some experiments and find out which group you fall into before deciding whether oats are off-limits for your personal diet.

Minor suggestion: It would help if your question titles were more specific, so that people who are looking at the new posts can tell whether they're interested in / capable of answering them (e.g., "are haggis and olives paleo" instead of "are these paleo").

haggis is a recipe. And like most recipes it can be "paleo" or non-"paleo" depending on what you put in it. Most Haggis has oatmeal in it, and oatmeal is not "standard" paleo. You can substitute things like almond meal or flax meal -- or you can just suck it up and eat some oats.

olives are, as with all natural fruits, decidedly paleo.
