If you knew you were going to die, what would your last Paleo meal be?

My family is dying around me, so forgive my morbidity. If you knew you were going to die, what would your last Paleo meal be? Would your last meal even be Paleo? Post your most sumptuous last meals.

My last Paleo meal would be: lobster, rare-roast-beef with horseradish sauce, roasted asparagus and variety of mushrooms with balsamic and olive oil, roasted garlic-bulbs and a charcuterie platter with a dry red wine.

If I knew I were going to die, the last thing I would be worried about would be eating. There are way better ways to spend my final moments than that. Good thing I am fat adapted.

If it has to be paleo, id go with a sweet potato with maple syrup and marshmallows, beef short ribs with bacon, and a really decadent and fatty ice cream sundea with brownies and nuts.

I would probably eat some meat and lettuce. But it has to be quality meat and quality lettuce.

Nice ripe watermelon would be great too.

I'd want to die after eating this anyway.

Truth.

Fried chicken and biscuits and a mint julep--not paleo at all.

First, I'm sorry for your loss. Second, it would be spaghetti squash with bacon and parm. I just made it tonight and it is soo good.

If I knew I was going to die, eating paleo would be kinda irrelivant because it would do nothing to prolong my life. BUT, since you asked, grassfed prime rib, a sweet potato with maple syrup and cinnamon, a baby red chard salad with homegrown tomatoes, sauteed onions and mushrooms, and some mixed berries and nuts/bananas and almond butter for dessert.

When I walked away from the seafood buffet last night I felt like I was gonna die. I was passing on fresh Dungeness crab because it was more work than scarfing plate after plate of smoked salmon, roasted garlic potatoes, rice pilaf, and seaweed salad; followed by several servings of coconut pannacotta with fresh blueberries. Burp.

Fat prawns flambeed in brandy, with garlic and butter.

Then peppered rib-eye medium rare + asian mushrooms fried in pig fat + a small peeled potato sauteed in butter ghee. Steak has to stand for 10 mins with an extra swipe of butter melted over it for sauce.

Then salad leaves with olive oil/cider vinegar dressing.

Finally chocolate ice cream made with egg yolks + cocoa + double cream + glucose.
