Are there any artist painter, actress, musician, private and proffesional? Do you experienced any change in your art?

I think i m doing for some time more realistic art. im sure my art change since being on paleo. I still have to figure it out how it exactly changed. For me its hard to say. When i try to be more exact when playing music or more naiv and improvisiing. the same with drawing and editing movies. I noticed some changes. Life is so divers it also can be something different.

How is your Paleo Art Work? Do you noticed any changes?

... I also have an M-uadio Axiom Pro 61 :D haha, what the hell are those odds? I love this controller so much... such bitching action. Yep, I run 32-bit Vista, not that I really know the difference between 32 and 64 bit systems. I use FL Studio myself, but I know my way around Reason well enough. I do trackers now and then, too, when I really want to work on authentic chiptune stuff. I gotta get an external soon, too... no more room for samples on my hd :( I wonder if there's any other musicians around here?

Nice man! I'm just about to finish up my DAW when I get home from Florida. I got an M-Audio Axiom Pro 61, an M-box 2, pro tools 8 and a 2gb 7200 external HD, excited about setting it all up and making some tunes. I'm running 64-bit Windows 7 though, so I've been having some trouble making everything work...are you runng 32-bit?

Just joking of course. That's Paul Klee's "Tod und Feuer". I've always loved that painting...even before going Paleo.

Paleo has forced me to be creative in so many ways, and that's one of its strongest perks. My music has hit a new height, both improv and comping. My newfound enthusiasm for just about everything has inspired me to take things to the next level and get really, really expressive when I sit down in front of my DAW or my keyboard. All my friends and family have noticed it, too. My dad even remarked that he wasted so much money on all those piano lessons when I was a kid because in the past year, I blew away all the progress I made for six years when I was younger.

It's effected my artwork tremendously. I find I am a lot more creative and tapping areas I never used to think about to better my work

Yeah, I'm doing more archetypal primitivist stuff these days: if-you-do-art,-how-did-your-art-change-since-being-on-paleo?

As an actor, I've become much more physical since going paleo. I love discovering the physical life of a character and, because of this, have begun getting cast primarily in 'oddball' roles- fools, spirits, animals, and crazy people! I think the paleo lifestyle has introduced great joy into my body and allowed me to lead with IT instead of my brain. I also have great energy and stamina in the rehearsal room. Telling stories is such a basic human need and instinct, I dare say acting is one of the most primal professions!
