If you could designate one link to be Google's first result for searching "paleo", what link would that be?

Pretty self-explanatory - if you had to pick one link to be the top Google search result for the word "paleo", what link would it be, and why?

Awesome Stanton. I am currently finishing 'The Gnoll Credo' and am enjoying very much because it gives me such a visceral response. The writing is superb, succinct, and tight. Many scenes crack me the HECK up!!! * ha aahaaah*

Agreed. I wish I had come across Gnolls and The Gnoll Credo so much earlier in my journey.

I know it's self-promotion, but this is EXACTLY why I wrote the article - to explain "paleo" to people who hadn't encountered it before. Thanks for the votes of confidence! -JS

I was going to say something like "Mark's Daily Apple," or this site, but I hadn't seen Archevore before. That's a fantastic, concise breakdown of things that I would feel comfortable sharing with someone who wanted to know more about what I'm doing. Thanks!

It would have to be either the Archevore Diet or Paleo 2.0 - A Diet Manifesto

Both pages are clear and give a good overall summary of this lifestyle without pushing hard for sales of books or supplements.

First, I would say that the top two links that come up when you search for "paleo" just don't cut it. The wikipedia page kinda sucks and is overly cautious for no good reason. And nobody really visits Cordain's page, right? Third is Paleo Seb's page, which is nice. But we need a better page. Like a joint team page, featuring some paleo all-stars. Here is an example template.

Hi, I'm Mark Sisson. I'm 56 years old in this picture. I've eaten "paleo" for many years, and eat lots of animal fat and whole foods.

if-you-could-designate-one-link-to-be-google's-first-result-for-searching-

This is my wife, Carrie. She's 53 in this picture. She eats according to paleo principles, and is lacto-ovo vegetarian. She also eats lots of whole foods.

There are many diet gurus out there who preach a low-fat diet with plenty of whole grains. Don't judge them only by their looks. By all means, do a pubmed search. But also take a gander at their talks. Here is Dean Ornish, for example:

Now that you are ready to read an article or two, google some names to get the ball rolling. Start with "Kurt Harris", "Mark Sisson", "Paul Jaminet", and "Robb Wolf". If you have questions or want to hear some crazy rambling, please go to paleohacks.com. We wish you all the best for your health.
