i always have had to eat a lot to put on weight and maintain my weight.
is there a reason why i have to eat so much, what does it come down to?
if the reason is because of a high metabolism, could i 'slow' it down so i can have a lower calorie intake as at times, i really get sick of eat the same foods JUST to maintain or even put on weight.
it just gets pretty annoying and would like to know if lowering the metabolism was possible without any side effects?
