I had IBS-D for 10 years, all gone with Paleo. This is my exact regimen, which fixed a lot of other issues too, not just D:
Even with that regimen though, I still had one bad incident per week for months, until I started drinking home-made goat kefir (fermented for 24 hours), and I restricted my NET carbs to below 60 gr per day. After 3 months on that adjusted regimen, I was able to go up to 100 gr net carbs per day without incident.
