How fast is the physical decline after 21?

So I'm turning 21 in exactly 2 months, and I'm definitely starting to feel the effects of aging.

I can't sprint anymore or jump nearly as high as I used to. I'm starting to get little joint pains here and there. i used to be able to do a pick up game without stretching and feel fine the whole time, those days are over now. running an obsticle course just isnt a possibility anymore

I can see what people mean when they say the knees are the first things to go!

My metabolism is slowing down, I can feel that my digestive system just can't work like it used to.

My eyesight is definitely dimishing, I need stronger perscriptions all the time.

That "getting up several times a night to use the bathroom"...ywa when you get older. thats true guys, i can confirm.

how much worse will it get? will i maybe plateau here until 25 maybe? 30 must be terrible

There are top level athletes competing way into their 40's and above, just last week a lady in her 60's swam from cuba to florida. Age and time are social constructs only you have the ability to succumb to mental limitations or the power to perform well everyday until the day you die. Look at Mark Sisson he's in better shape than most people in their 20's!

Ha Im twice that age, and I look at pic now and then and happily take 41. Decline is a byproduct of allowing it to go. Body biologically can live to 110 and incur 3 million cycles of movement. Functional fitness, paleo, biohack appropriately, declining will decline haha
