Heavy cream vs mascarpone vs cream cheese

Which one is better, nutrition-wise?

No, none are "plaeo". Dairy is not "paleo". But all three could be considered primal if you tolerate dairy.

Well Mascarpone is just heavy cream and lemon -- typically the whey is removed

Cream Cheese is a mixture of cream, buttermilk, and rennet -- again with the why removed

So Cream would have more protein. Cream cheese MIGHT have some good bacteria in it. Mascarpone tastes incredible.

I guess it depends on what you are looking for.
