Take the following measurements:

-fitness -health -recovery time -immunity response -fluid intelligence -reflexes -creativity - atheleticism -looks etc

do any of these things already start declining by 24?

I got an autoimmune disease at 51 after eating rubbish my entire life. No doubt in my mind of a cause and effect relationship. So I agree: eat right when you're young despite the distractions that pull you in the other direction.

JayJay, you also start living the day you're born.

Certain cells in the body begin the ageing process after puberty. It follows that the organ systems they are associated with will be affected.

An example is male pattern baldness, which in some individuals will start in their early 20's.

I would like to have known about this way of living at the age of 24, and to have had enough brains to follow it :)

No they don't. You are in your prime when you are 24. Just don't waste your health on booze, sugar, junk food and sodas - or you will pay dearly when you are 34. And get an autoimmune by the time you are 44.

So enjoy your fabulous age and eat right.
