I was against all vaccines when my kids were little. It is a long story.
My 15 year old, who is just entering puberty (slowly) has been paleo for 3 years (as we all have) and as a result has completely recovered from bowl issues and reflux issues and is feeling great. My 13 year old had wicked reflux issues but since going grain free has been doing wonderfully, she is well into puberty and can not handle dairy at all. Otherwise they are perfectly healthy and happy.
My husband and I would like to have them immunized and I am leaning toward only having them receive one at a time (no combos). I suspect that there are supplements that may assist them through the process. I also hope that I may get some suggestions you all may have have or concerns would be welcome as well. (We live in Canada. )

Be aware that some vaccinations can cause adverse reactions. I'm a rarer case, but I have almost died from them. They do have their benefits and I'm not trying to scare you, but please be careful.

Sorry, feel very strongly about this. Having been a Registered General Nurse for 32 years and seen children presenting ( & dying) with what are totally preventable diseases. Stop prevaricating and get them immunised. Given that you are honed into this website leads me to believe that your children's nutrition will be superb. & by the way no single immunisations. The research evidence demonstrates lack of compliance with schedule, with no benefits of singular immunisation. Regards Jane

Actually I go against the other answer - I'd do them singly if possible to gauge if they have any kind of negative reactions as well as allow the body to deal with this new foreign substance being introduced. As far as supplements, don't know of any . . . but being in the best of health sounds like an advantage when you get shots.
