Hack My Paleo Roadtrip!

So my mom and I are heading out on a road trip for a couple weeks and we both want to keep paleo and still enjoy ourselves! First I was hoping y'all could give me some good roadtrip snack ideas. I'm thinking Larabars and veggie chips, but we don't want to overeat those.

Also we will be roadtripping to Memphis, TN., Nashville, TN., Asheville, NC., Savannah, GA., and New Orleans, LA. ..does anybody no any good restaurants in those towns that would satisfy our hunger while still sticking with the paleo lifestyle?

Thanks so much!

Bring Hard boild eggs and wild planet tuna: http://www.wildplanetfoods.com/. It has a pull off lid and does not need to be drained.

Bardog in Memphis (can get paleo-friendly stuffs, a great pub), Green Goddess in NOLA. Nola also has a Whole Foods in the Garden District, you can get there by the streetcar. Ohh, also in NOLA, there is the Wandering Buddha http://www.thewanderingbuddha.com/ which is in a nightclub, so open on evenings, but they do takeout, or you can eat on the roof, so cool, yummy Korean, gluten-free options!Meals From The Heart Cafe, in the French Market, is so yummy! http://www.facebook.com/pages/MEALS-FROM-THE-HEART-CAFE/126409233527
