I'm a paleo newbie! EDIT: male, 23 years old, my goal is mantain or gain some muscle without change the %BF (now I have 6.5%).

Breakfast: * 4 eggs omelet (garlic, cilantro, onion) * 30 gr coconut * 2 tbsp olive oil

Lunch: * 2.5 tbsp olive oil * 250gr chicken breast * 1 pepper * 200gr cabbage * 1 orange

Workout (street workout and gymnastic rings)

Snack: * 1 banana with peanut butter * 200gr broccoli * 170gr tuna * 2 tbsp olive oil

Dinner: * 1 avocado salad * 2.5tbsp olive oil * 300gr pork liver * 30gr coconut

+- 3200kcal

More or less: Protein:209.9g | Carbs:141.5g | Fat:211.1g

I'd second this answer as well. My first and second reaction to the question is, "Huh, what exactly does this guy want?" It's a very ordinary, uncontroversial looking diet, so what's the big deal?

If you want to maintain then you don't need hacking. You must know something if you're at 6.5 BF.

I second this. Too often questioners fail to post basic information about themselves, such as age/sex/height/weight and objectives, and yet then request feedback.

Mantain or build some muscle without change the %BF (now I have 6.5%). I know about peanut butter, but it's a very small amount.

For a newbie your diet sounds great. I had to ease into it over the course of about 6 months. Just incase you didn't know, peanuts are considered a legume which are not allowed on the paleo diet. Also if that's canned fish make sure it doesn't have added soy. Otherwise, keep up the good work! Yes you will most likely gain muscle since that's a lot of protein.

I really don't understand these questions. Do you want us to tell you what to eat? Or what not to eat? There are a few foods in your plan that I wouldn't eat, but I don't see how that would be help you. Everyone is different, some people do extremely well on foods which others don't. If you're going to have success on paleo, you need to learn how to self-experiment. Also, looking through the archives of the questions that have already been asked will probably answer many of the questions you have, as well as providing you with loads of paleo health wisdom in the process.

I think you're looking for encouragement, support, and a bunch of strangers to tell you, "Way to go Champ!". It seems you're more interested in that than actually getting tips on your first day's meal plan, because you seem to know what you're doing.

You got your ratios down, you know your BF%, and you just want us to tell you that you're on the right track.

So... Good job. You rock. Do some jumping jacks and keep up the good work tiger.

It would be good if you stated your goals. Are you trying to lose, gain, stay the same, build muscle? Is this your only workout, do you do other stuff? Do you like Ernie or Bert?

It's just nice to have an idea of what your goals are. The only thing I can say about this is that your protein might be a bit high. Figure out your lean body mass and aim for .7 to 1 gram pf protein per pound LBM. Also, generally peanut butter is not considered paleo.
