Lately I have been craving carbs like muesli, rice and fruit - specifically bananas and sweet potato. I don't know what to do because the cravings are really strong. I try to eat high-fat and high-protein with every meal but I'm struggling to resist carbs; I can't shake my cravings for a bowl of museli - which I know is not paleo. I also have recently become hungry a lot more easily, what is going on and what do I do?
