I am going on a snowboard/vacation trip to colorado for a week. I have been intermittent fasting (16-20 hrs and training)/ intermittent ketosis for a few months now. Paleo for over 2 year, very low carb paleo for a half a year under 100 grams of carbs a day, average 55 grams or less per day. Extremely active (crossfit, snowboard, run, multiple times a day/week ) Need food/meal suggestions. I have a good hold on what to buy/eat just looking for some outside input!! 25 y/o male 5' 9" 157-162 lbs.
