does anybody have experience with, or anecdotal evidence of, a paleo diet (in the broadest sense of the word) and alleviation of the symptoms of glaucoma (in particular intraocular pressure (IOP))?
Thanks in advance,

No experience, but I did find the following regarding using Alpha Lipoic Acid along with a paleo diet...account of two people who reduced their eye pressure.
And there is an anecdotal account on Cordain's site.
Once on the page, search for "glaucoma" to read the story.

I have glaucoma as well and am only 21 years old. I have had it since I was a young child and use Travatan Z in both eyes every night. It is a beta blocking drop so it controls the ocular pressure. Any other suggestions?
