Friday Fun Day Question; Desert Island—Paleo Foods

Answered on August 19, 2014

You???re stranded on a deserted island surrounded by super models and tequila. There is also a friendly dog, a sleep number bed and a soccer ball with a face on it.

You can choose 3 paleo dishes/foods to eat for the rest of your life. (Taking into account preparation/fire etc. not neccessary...hey...no need to get all survivalist with a fun question.) What are they?

I pick..

Plantains fried in coconut oil with sea salt

Ribs

Artichokes with grass fed butter

I like how you didn't limit yourself to three ingredients!

I was cornered by a wild bore at a party the other week - it took 20 minutes of small talk about the weather, 15 minutes of looking at their holiday photos and half an hour of listening to them talking about their cat, small children and our non-mutual friends before I could escape. ;)

I was totally going to say ice cream, but I couldn't decide if it was ~Paleo~ enough. ;)

Meat, veggies and fruit. ;) And the models would all look like a young Ralph Fiennes.
