Ok am I the only one that remains somewhat body temperature hotter, and sweats more while eating paleo? I swear my underarms and back look like I just ran a marathon sometimes and I am just sitting here on the keyboard.

I lift heavy a 2-3 times a week. With low intensity cardio other times.

Are you VLC and drinking lots of water?

Also, what does your exercise routine look like?

Personally, on VLC I feel cooler unless I just ate (despite living in a tropical climate). Drinking more water than I should (2-3 gallons a day plus) resulted in some heavy sweating despite ambient and body temperature.

Also, back when I was a competing strength athlete, if I overtrained I would have spurts of being extremely hot, followed by chills from sweating... which is why I asked about your current exercise protocol.

I have experienced the opposite effect, which I attribute not to diet per se but to carrying fewer pounds.

Body temp if anything has lowered.

That's my $0.02.
