does two days of water stools cause any significant electrolyte loss?

id like to do a 2 week water fast (dont worry, ive done them before.) im not trying to lose weight, i actually like my weight now where it is.

but im a bit concerned because today and yesterday ive had water stools. i know electrolyte imbalance if something you have to watch when fasting, so im worried that if i start fasting tomorrow i wont be able to finish safely.

ive being having lots of food, electrolyte supplements, gatorade, etc...should this be enough to keep my levels normal?

do you think my electrolytes are affected by 1-2 days of mildly watery stools\?

Yes and instead of drinking HFCS-laden Gatorade, just drink some coconut water with a few pinches of sea salt.
