This is my first question on here!

Does anyone know if SizeOn by Gaspari Nutrition is paleo?? I have eaten 100%(no cheats) paleo for about a month and a half.. I used to take protein, creatine, sizeon, and prework..but stopped it all 100% about a month or two ago(execpt some primal whey protein). I would like to take something during and post but not really sure if anything paleo. In my cabinet I have: ON's 100% whey, SizeOn, C4 pre, and Kre-Alkayn(creatine). I take a multi, magnees, Vit D, and fish oil. Monday, Wed, Friday I workout a crossfit style workout. Tues Legs, Sat Upper body, Rest Thu and Sun. I'm a personal training and manager at a gym.

Thanks a bunch!

P.s. I know supps arent paleo but Im just wishing they were!

Actually it wasn't the SuperPump that got me off the supplements it was Jack3d, that stuff was a little scary.

Well, no... of course it isn't. You already know that. But that doesn't mean you can't take it. Paleo is not a religion. Avoid the worst neolithic agents in modern food, and if there's a specific supplement that improves your athletic performance, and doesn't seem to affect your health, go ahead.

I think Gaspari uses proprietary ingredients so who knows what exactly is in it, definitely not Paleo but I used their energy drink for a year or so, called Super Pump or something, it worked well enough.

/since then I've decided not to consume so many chemicals in powder form

It's probably not if it's a powder. There are different ideas on supplementing. Some feel it isn't necessary and you should just eat balanced.

I think that our goals may sometimes require us to eat UNbalanced, so there's a good reason to supplement right there.

I also believe that you can improve upon a balanced diet with targeted supplementation beyond what foods can provide. We've learned to do that as a brilliant species.

Now, I generally apply the same high standards to my supplements that I do my food. I carefully research brands and even specific products.

I'm not familiar with this particular Gaspari product. But, I trust that company. So if you're alright with ingesting whatever ingredients are listed, I'd say getting them from Gaspari is an excellent choice.
