First, I am not eating alot of carbs (100-150 a day i guess) and I think it is a great diet for most people, I have no doubt and i support the low carb diet. and currently i am not going to stop eating low carb diet.

http://20potatoesaday.com/ this guy eated 20 potatos a day and he become healthier. but, he didn't eat refined sugar, refined oils and gluten. also, he was eating like that only for a two months so is difficult to obtain conclusions.

my question is if you can be healthy without LCHF diet nowadays. if you eat a gluten free, sugar free and refined oils free diet.

i'm not saying to eat only or mostly carbs, my question is if a moderate/high carb paleo may considered a healthy diet.

*avoid industrial food, vegetable oils and processed PUFA's* such as those found in pizza, orange juice, processed sugar, waffles and syrup. Just sayin'.

In all honesty, I don't think Dr. Rosedale looks particularly healthy either. He doesn't necessarily look sickly, but he's not by any means glowing.

Same people who think paleo=low carb, who've seen Lustig's sugar video too many times, or have dysfunctional metabolism.

NO WAY! I bought into the whole "fat is fuel" and that carbs are bad. Never shall I do such a thing again. It SUCKED MAJOR CAWKKK.

Eat carbs. Carbs rule, carbs taste good, carbs fuel the body.

I no longer subscribe to any type of dietary dogma. I eat pizza, I love raw milk with sugar, I drink a lot of orange juice and even indulge in waffles with syrup and butter!

LCHF is good IF you want no sex drive, to smell like acetone, have no morning wood and have increased cortisol.

Only thing I can really say is avoid industrial food, vegetable oils and processed PUFA's.
