diet and problem with myfitnesspal app

dear paleohacks

first of all i want to thank every person who helped gathering those precious info

im on a paleo diet thanks for your website and i completed a week with it doing insanity so my diet meal plan is like this :

morning : 6 white egg with meat murtadella with raw carrot and cucumber

snack 1 : handful raw cashew

lunch : grilled chicken breast

snack 2 : post workout cumun sweet potatoe (well fed book)

dinner : fresh viggies or banana pancake

i think there is something wrong with my meal plan do feel comfortable and help me with it

also when i calculated my diet on myfitnesspal it gave me the next ration : fat 50 protein 35 carbs : 15 does it supose to be the hight ration coming from protein instead of fat

However many you want. I average 4 or 5 for breakfast. You can never go wrong with meat and vegetables, it doesn't have to be complicated. Also, if you have a slow cooker, that will simplifiy things immensely

thanks for your response how many whole egg i should eat ,, what make my paleo dinner hard to get that i get my recipes through books that have complicated ingredients i need some simple quick meal recipes

Where to start here. Eat the whole egg, if you throw out anything, throw out the whites. I'm assuming you asked whether your fat percentage should be higher than protein. There are no absolutes here, but generally yes. In general, keep protein high, and make carbs and fats inversely proportional. Eat protein with every meal. Preferably something that had a mother. Keep carbs to around your training. Earn your carbs. A banana pancake for dinner? Really? At least have some protein with it. Buy Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 and start lifting, insanity is silly.
