3 days ago I completely cut out grains all together. However, I still enjoy my greek yogurt daily and certain types of cheeses but I also haven't had cheese yet since making the cut. However, I'm breaking the paleo/primal 'rules' and still choosing to eat certain legumes (peanuts & chickpeas). Right now I'm beginning to feel the dizziness and actually a few hunger pains. I'm quite bloated. Is this normal for the first few days / weeks of cutting out grains? I feel like I've gained 10 lbs even though I expected some sort of weird withdrawel type feeling! By the way, I'm not doing low-carb either as I'm eating lots of fruits & vegetables.
