Dark Matters Pellagra?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qSVvtmdKoEg&feature=youtube_gdata_player. I wanted to get everyone's take on this. I saw this on TV and though "Wow, what irony!". If you can see the entire segment I recommend it. It turns out that that Pellagra is caused by a Niacin deficit. What are your thoughts? The disease was caused by the way the south began processing corn.

LMAO I have seen that whole episode! The Pellagra Incident of 1935 is a classic. The prisoner experimentation has been used by people to complain about testing on convicts... obviously completely unaware of the nasty things the doctor and his wife DID TO THEMSELVES, even aside from trying to give themselves an awful disease.
