sup guys so i recently been asking about losing weight. and honestly i got off of being strictly paleo to eating breads/dairy once in a while not everyday but still working on cutting bread off again. anyway i lost 30-40 pounds over last summer, now i am currently 245~ pounds. the thing is my numbers arent dropping but a lot of clothes are fitting me again from when i used to be 190 pounds 2 years ago. i have been going to the gym monday-friday and doing intense cardio, basketball for 2-4 hours, and weights. my clothes are getting bigger, my old skinny jeans are starting to fit me again, but here is my question. i am going back to my old hometown in june and want to lose a huge amount of weight to make a great impression on old friends in the best possible way i can. i dont care about it being healthy or not so please dont ramble about whats good for me or not. i just want to lose a ton of fat from my body by june. what can i do to reach my ideal body? what should i eat, what should i cut out? appreciate the help!

Cut the bread, no grains at all. I have great success with low carb but everyone is different. Drink lots of water!

I really hope you can benefit from these tips
???Make sure your major intake should be fruits and vegetables.
???Eat lean proteins like fish and avoid red meat as much as possible.
???Drink lot of water throughout the day.
???Divide your meals into small portions.
???Finally, exercise plays a vital role in losing the weight.

If you want to lose a ton of fat, get strict! Consider some type of 30 day challenge, perhaps a Whole30.
Also, if you stop eating bread and grains perhaps your body can transition to burning fat instead of sugar while you're at the gym. You want results... skip the processed carbs!
