My question is directed to those whom are involved in crossfit and whom are successful at it. By successful I mean making the gains their aiming for while maintaining a good level of energy.
I ask this because I will be starting crossfit in the next couple of weeks or so and from what I've read, it's very difficult (if not impossible) to follow strict Paleo while doing so. Certain concessions have to be made, like adding dairy and sweet potatoes or yams.
I would love to see someone's typical meals on both training days and off days, and if possible before and after workout meals (if they are different).
