No hard feelings hardeepsura.. I'm not trying to fuck with you by reccommending _Upgraded_ coffee (not the butter and MCT oil version that's called Bulletproff Coffee), just providing alternatives to traditional coffee. Like I said, I have no experience with acne myself, but thought _maybe_ that the _toxins_ in coffee in general (and it's a real thing) might be the issue, not actually the coffee. Hench I'm not saying it's 100% sure, but why not research on the topic, might help you! Otherwise, maybe Green tea which has coffein in it, if that's what you're looking for? :)

because adding butter and MCT oil to coffee appears to negate the effects of coffee on causing acne (You'd know that if you actually put any effort into reading the alternative option that has been provided). Otherwise STOP DRINKING COFFEE

but if coffee is a possibility of causing acne, why would you recommend bullet proof coffee as an alternative :S. I do read testominals but some answer my questions and some don't hence why they made 'ask a question' option, please dont assume and be rude

eeinarsson, I'm going to +1 you just for having to deal with hardeepsura. Maybe she thinks it is jeopardy and we were supposed to frame it as an answer?

You asked for alternatives, this is one + I actually provided a possible reason for you problem (toxins in the coffee), although it's not something I've noticed myself.

you asked for alternatives, there's an alternative. If you read the testimonials on the site, AND NOT JUST HOPE PEOPLE DO EVERYTHING FOR YOU. "Already my acne, which I’ve always been told is just something I have to live with, has disappeared."

Coffee releases the stress hormone cortisol which could be causing your breakouts. I suggest trying to wean yourself off caffeine to see if that helps. Start with strong black tea, then make it progressively weaker.

I was just about to reccommend Upgraded coffee as well (Bulletproof is when you add the butter and MCT oil - it's tasty and awesome!).. www.upgradedself.com

It might be the toxins in the coffee, not the coffee it self!

you could try the bullet proof coffee -- http://www.bulletproofexec.com/how-to-make-your-coffee-bulletproof-and-your-morning-too/ -- some people swear by it, not my cup of tea (sorry couldn't help myself)
