Hi guys , I started today to eat the coconut oil for my first time.

I opened the box and I ate 3 spoon , just to know how it was , and then I used 2 other spoon to cook my meat and now i've not nausea and a lot of air in the gut

Maybe too much or maybe I can't eat it anymore??

It's wise to start slowly and build up with coconut oil. Start with a teaspoon a day.

Were you really using coconut oil, BTW? You said "I opened the box". Most coconut oil comes in jars, not a box, but coconut butter, sometimes called coconut cream, comes in a box sometimes. Coconut butter/cream includes coconut solids as well as coconut oil. It's more like peanut butter than cooking oil, and it's an acquired taste if you're not a big coconut fan. It may also be harder on your stomach because it's very rich and full of fiber.

Whoa! That's a lot of coconut oil to start with if you're not used to eating it. That would give me a stomach ache, too. I use about a tablespoon to cook food, and that seems good. Sometimes I'll mix a bit in my coffee if I feel like I'm not getting enough fat, but if I do too much, I totally get nauseous as well.
