Books for the Holidays
Created December 20, 2013 at 4:39 PM
I was looking at books in Barnes and Noble today and was thinking how most of the information I was reading in the books I could easily find online (props to paleohackers). Does anyone know of any books about nutrition or excercise that have information or ideas that are particularly good and cannot be found so easily online?
I'm really interested in learning more about the science part of nutrition and movement/excercise since I am considering to go into that as a career, so I'd also be up for reading some more academic books.
Thanks everyone!

What is books? Everything can be found on the interwebs.
But to seriously answer your question and because it deals specifically with your interests in movement and nutrition, http://www.amazon.com/How-Poop-Like-Pro-Movements-ebook/dp/B00ENNUO92/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1387557912&sr=8-1&keywords=movement+body+paleo
