Hi, I'm really new to the whole paleo thing... I need a way to keep from gaining any substantial muscle and not have enough glycogen/serum igf levels to fuel my workouts. I've heard going paleo would help.
This is mainly to facilitate my crossfitz routine and im hoping to snap my shit up as soon as possible.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand the meaning of this sentence. What does "substantial" muscle mean to you? Are you concerned about not having enough glycogen to power your CrossFit workouts?
Two broad generalizations: (1) Paleo, for many, is simply a way to eat; you won't build muscle unless you lift heavy things; (2) the food you choose (and how and when you eat it) plus your exercise quantity will determine whether you have enough glycogen to fuel your workouts.
Finally, to get useful responses, you really need to be more specific about (1) what, exactly, you want to know; (2) the kind and quantity of food you eat (or avoid); (3) your fitness goals (lose fat, simply stay fit) and (4) your current weight and height.
