What kind of desserts, Paleo-ify-ed, would taste good when sweetened wholly with bananas?

Oh and my Son's FAVORITE dessert: Refrigerate a can of coconut milk and remove the cold, hardened coconut cream from the top, leaving the water. Place in a food processor until it's whipped and then add overripe banana. It gives you the most delectable banana mousse. sprinkle with just a little cocoa powder and cinnamon and it's absolutely delicious.

Chocolate custard

1 ripe banana 2 tbsp almond butter 2 tbsp cocoa powder 1/4 cup coconut oil Splash of vanilla extract

Mash banana with fork and blend in rest of the ingredients. Store in the fridge for one half hour. So good!

Bananas are fantastic. Here's a few banana recipes I have on my pinterest board. I personally love a simple banana "Milk" shake made with overripe bananas cinnamon and coconut milk in a blender but here's a few others. I wouldn't call most of these "Staple foods" but they're great for a treat.

Garam masala banana pudding (This does not need the additional sweetner even though it calls for it. Overripe bananas work JUST FINE. I think raw vegans have over inflated sugar-cravings... just a theory, though)

Paleo/ Vegan banana "ice cream" recipe

West Indes Baked Bananas omit the sugar, it doesn't need it

Banana Almond Crunch

Frozen nutty banana nibblers (just replace peanut butter with almond or coconut butter)

The Baconana (bacon wrapped banana)

Banana Butter with “Ants” (good way to get some kerry gold in) Again, this recipe really doesn't need the dates if your bananas are ripe enough.

Dairy free black bottom banana cream pie This calls for honey so I'm going outside your request but it was so good, I just have to share. I served it to non-paleo guests without the crust and instead made in custard cups and they were thrilled.
