Sooo... I just went on vacation for 10 days and ate non-Paleo the entire time (including grains + dairy).
Before going on vacation, I was 98% Paleo and had just gone through the 4 week adjustment period.
Since I ate non-Paleo for 10 days, do I need to go through the adjustment period all over again (including the lovely dizzy spells)..... If not, how long until I'm back on track - since I am again eating 98% Paleo?
Any advice/info. would be great! Thanks!

Dizzy spells? I'm guessing that means you did very low carb paleo. That's hardly necessary, eat some carbohydrate!

It depends on your body and condition and how many times you've had a clean diet before. It could be a week, could be a couple weeks, could be a month. We can't say. Usually the first time's slow/rough, subsequent's faster because your body's used to it. If you did the 4 weeks before, your body should switch back more readily. People usually have more severe problems if they cut it off before the 4 weeks. It's variable on your body though, you'll find out as you go along.
Essentially, the idea is you start the Paleo/lower carb diet, the body freaks out holding on as long as it can before it has to do all the enzymatic/etc work to utilize fats instead of carbs. People that break and go back to carbs in a couple weeks, the body learns to hang on longer before changing over. You take the four weeks, the body learns that it's not going to get it's carb fix, so it needs to switch over faster.
